The workshop content cuts across the primary knowledge areas of Procurement, Financial Management, M & E and Safeguards. It is targeted at Project Management Teams at both central and local levels (beneficiary/implementing agencies) and other stakeholders.

Utilising project design documents, baseline studies, current achievements, and participant/management feedback, the workshop seeks to provide a comprehensive view of the anticipated conditions upon successful project delivery. Simultaneously, it encourages an informed collective judgment of potential outcomes based on the current course. The workshop further facilitates a collective assessment of an alternative conclusion and outlines a roadmap to achieve it. This roadmap incorporates recommended solutions such as extensions, additional funding, fund reallocation, activity realignment, etc., providing an overall direction toward project restructuring. By leveraging diverse perspectives, the workshop empowers participants to make strategic decisions that enhance project success and sustainability.
